Appellant brought suit for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained as a result of a rear-end collision upon his automobile by appellee. Trial was before a jury, and, based upon the verdict, judgment was rendered that appellant take nothing. Appellant brings this appeal on fourteen points.
