BLISS, Presiding Judge:

William Hale, a/k/a Will Hale, appellant, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with the crime of Murder. The defendant was tried before a jury in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-70-855, and was convicted on the lesser offense of Manslaughter in the First Degree.
