Defendants, General Motors Corporation and Ford Motor Company, were indicted May 1, 1972, for violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2). On July 21, 1972, defendants requested a definitive bill of particulars. Subject to minor modifications, the court granted that request, and accordingly, on January 2, 1973, the Government filed a 264-page bill of particulars together...
