Raphael Urciolo was tried and convicted of embezzlement in a non-jury trial in the Circuit Court for Howard County after removal from the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. At that trial he was found not guilty of (1) larceny after trust; (2) grand larceny; (3) conspiracy to commit larceny after trust; (4) conspiracy to commit grand larceny, and (5) conspiracy to embezzle...
