This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

On August 27, 1971, appellant was found guilty, on his plea of guilty, of unlawful possession of marihuana, a narcotic drug, and assessed a punishment of two (2) years probated under the provisions of Article 42.12, Vernon's Ann.C.C.P.
