The ruling complained of is the rejection by the Federal Power Commission of certain gas rate increases proposed by Amoco Production Company. The proposed increases relate to the price paid to Amoco by Phillips Petroleum Company for purchase of natural gas produced in the Hugoton gas field in the panhandle...
