Plaintiff, Danny Earl Reynolds, age thirteen, was bitten by a Malemute Husky dog owned by the defendants. Danny, and his father, Roland E. Reynolds, brought this action to recover damages for the injuries sustained. The court tried the case without a jury, found for plaintiffs, assessed Danny's damages in the amount of $3,000, and assessed the father's damages in the amount of $3,239.
