This is an appeal by defendants, Mrs. Virginia R. Davis and Mrs. Hazel M. Dahlquist, from a judgment in the district court of Cascade County, for the Trustee in Bankruptcy, Francis J. Raucci. On the basis of the evidence produced at trial without a jury, the trial judge found that an assignment of a note and mortgage from Mrs. Dahlquist to Mrs. Davis was a fraudulent conveyance.
