Pack, Attorney General, State of Tennessee, from that part of a decree of the Chancery Court of Shelby County, the Honorable Wil V. Doran, Chancellor, which declared unconstitutional Chapter 566 of the Public Acts of 1970 (which amends T.C.A. § 67-602).
