This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals sustaining the rejection of claims 1-39 in appellant's application serial No. 588,725,1 filed October 24, 1966, for "Plating Process and Bath." At oral argument appellant withdrew the appeal with respect to claims 14, 15 and 36-39. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as to these claims.
