This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court finding the defendants personally obligated to the plaintiff on a promissory note signed by them. The trial judge entered judgment against the defendants in the amount of $8,483.44, which sum represented the unpaid balance due on the note plus interest and attorney's fees. Two of the original three defendants pursue this appeal...
