ODOM, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of felony theft; punishment, enhanced under Article 62, Vernon's Ann. P.C., was assessed at ten years.

This is a circumstantial evidence case and the jury was so charged. Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict.
