OPINION

BREWSTER, Justice.

This is an appeal by Permaspray Manufacturing Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation, and Robert H. Pruett, individually and as trustee, plaintiffs, from an order sustaining the pleas of privilege filed herein by Permaspray Manufacturing Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, and Larry A. Willis, individually and as trustee, defendants.

It was undisputed that defendants were all residents of Galveston County, Texas.
