Along during the middle of May, 1971, William C. Raiborn, appellant herein, was visiting his son, Don E. Raiborn, appellee herein, at the latter's home in Pasadena, Texas. The two Raiborn families made a sightseeing trip to Galveston on Sunday, May 16.
