Appellants, Cecil Stembridge and Jessie Lee Stembridge, his wife, were each convicted of (1) conspiring, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, with one Gerald Loveless to rob a federally insured bank, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (2) aiding and abetting Loveless in the robbery of the bank, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 2113(a). Cecil was sentenced to imprisonment for five years on Count 1 and 20 years on Count...
