The regularly elected judge of the Pulaski County Circuit Court, Fourth Division, ordered Jack L. Lessenberry, a practicing attorney in Little Rock, to represent Bonnie Jo Tenpenny at her jury trial on a charge of delivering a controlled substance consisting of heroin in violation of the state law.
