Plaintiff filed this action for personal injuries sustained while working on defendant's premises. Both plaintiff's employer and the defendant were employers subject to the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act. By a supplemental answer the defendant raised the defense of joint supervision and control under ORS 656.154.
