ERICKSON, Justice.

The appellants attack the jury's verdict by asserting that the court committed reversible error in failing to grant a change of venue, in denying a motion for separate trial, and in not properly instructing the jury on the elements of the offenses which were charged. Trujillo, in addition, claims that the court erred in imposing consecutive sentences for the crime of assault on a peace officer and assault with intent to murder. We find no reversible...
