Defendants-appellants, along with a defendant, Jackson, subsequently acquitted, were charged in a twelve-count indictment with causing falsely made and forged securities (twelve money orders) to be transported in interstate commerce with fraudulent intent in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 2314.
