This is an action to enforce a labor arbitration award pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 185, presently before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment. Defendant does not contest the validity of the arbitration award. Defendant argues, rather, that it has "complied" with the award by paying to the grievant former employee (hereafter "employee") the amount of the award1
