Defendant was found guilty by a jury on four counts of a bill of indictment charging subornation of perjury and one count of a bill of indictment charging him with conspiracy. Verdicts of not guilty were returned by the jury on other counts charging perjury and subornation of perjury. Motions in arrest of judgment and for a new trial were timely filed.
