In a jury trial in the Circuit Court of St. Clair County the defendants were found guilty of attempt murder and attempt robbery. Defendant, Danny Peterson, was sentenced to three years on probation conditioned upon serving the first six months in the county jail. Defendants, Riggins and Braggs, were each sentenced to the penitentiary for concurrent terms of 5 to 12 years on attempt...
