Key Savings and Loan Association (Key) brought this action against Travelers Indemnity Company (Travelers) to recover on a bond issued by Travelers, on which Key was obligee. After a trial to the court, judgment was entered against Travelers for $53,160 plus $5,000 attorney fees and costs. Travelers appeals from that judgment. We affirm.
