Defendant pled guilty to a complaint charging him with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in violation of section 11-501 of the Motor Vehicle Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501). He appeals from the judgment of the trial court, contending that he pled guilty to a void complaint.
