Plaintiffs initiated this unlawful detainer action to obtain restitution of certain real property occupied by Trailer Mart, Inc., dba Dan's Campers 'N Trailers, and Homes American Style, Inc. Both sides moved for summary judgment, and judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiffs.
