This action was brought by Redbarn Chemicals, Inc., to recover judgment upon an $11,479.91 open account for agricultural chemicals and fertilizers sold by Redbarn to the defendants, F. K. Bradshaw, Sr., and his son. The trial court, sitting without a jury, sustained the defendants' contention that the plaintiff's claim was void for usury. For reversal Redbarn argues on direct appeal that the Bradshaws failed to prove that the debt was usurious...
