HOLT, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of first degree murder as charged by an information and his punishment was assessed at life imprisonment. From a judgment on that verdict comes this appeal. Appellant first contends for reversal that the court erred in failing to direct an acquittal at the close of the state's case or to reduce the charge to second degree murder or manslaughter. The court was correct. On appeal, of course, it is our duty to view the evidence...
