ELKINGTON, J.

Plaintiff Florence Marshall commenced an action against United Airlines (hereafter United), San Francisco-Oakland Helicopter Airlines (hereafter SFO Airlines), and the City and County of San Francisco (hereafter the City) for damages for personal injuries. Summary judgment was entered against her in favor of United. Her appeal is from that judgment.
