In December of 1968, while the appellee, Sheergrain, Inc., had two camper trailers on display at a national show in Louisville, the appellant, Duo-Therm Division, Motor Wheel Corporation, filed this action against Sheergrain in the Jefferson Circuit Court for $841.15 allegedly due on a mercantile account and caused a general order of attachment to be issued and levied on the two trailers.
