OPINION

ROBERTS, Chief Justice.

This is an employer's petition to review a preliminary agreement establishing the employee's average weekly wage to determine compensation. The trial commissioner denied the petition, and on appeal the full commission affirmed the decree of the trial commissioner, one commissioner dissenting. The employer has appealed to this court.
