In 1960 Bertha L. Greer, the appellee-claimant, sustained an accidental injury to her back during the course of her employment by appellant-employer Chanticleer Skyline Room, Inc., insured by appellant-insurer Maryland Indemnity Insurance Company. On 24 January 1961, the Workmen's Compensation Commission awarded her temporary total disability compensation. On 13 April 1961, she was awarded 10% permanent disability...
