This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of defendants. Swamp Irish, Inc., plaintiff-appellant, brought suit for a writ of mandamus and mandatory injunction to compel Johney Snow, the Tax Assessor and Collector of Cameron County, and the members of the Commissioners' Court of Cameron County, defendants-appellees, to assess and collect personal property taxes for the year 1970 on certain classes of taxable personal property...
