Appellant, Sonny Anglin, a/k/a Jason Clark III, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Pottawatomie County, Case No. CRF-71-118, for the offense of Obtaining Money By Means of a False and Bogus Check, After Former Conviction of a Felony.
