This suit is occasioned by a one-car accident which resulted in the death of Frank J. Ehrhard, son of plaintiffs, Sidney Ehrhard, Sr., and Clara Tingstrom Ehrhard. Made defendants are Melvin E. LeBlanc, Sr., and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, which company had issued separate liability insurance policies to Melvin LeBlanc, Sr., and to his son, Melvin LeBlanc, Jr., the alleged driver of the automobile who was also killed.
