BLISS, Presiding Judge:

Appellant, Bob Dale McDaniel, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-71-293, CRF-71-294, CRF-71-295, for the crimes of Sodomy, Assault With a Dangerous Weapon, and Rape in the First Degree. He was sentenced to serve a term of ten (10) years on the Sodomy case, five (5) years on the Assault case...
