This is an appeal from a conviction on a guilty plea for unlawfully, knowingly and willfully obstructing and retarding the passage of mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1701 (1970). At the arraignment, appellant was apprised of his eligibility for sentencing under both § 1701, which authorizes a sentence of up to six months and fine of up to one hundred dollars or both, and the provisions of the Federal Youth Corrections Act, 18 U.S.C. § 5010...
