The Court has under consideration Plaintiff's Motion To Determine Wheather (sic) Judgment Bears Interest. Plaintiff claims entitlement to interest from the date this action was commenced until the date of the jury verdict at the rate of 6% per annum and interest from the date of judgment until paid at the rate of 10% per annum, both interest rates being calculated on the sum of $800,000.00.
