This is a petition for writ of certiorari to review an order of the Circuit Court in and for Duval County, Florida, which affirms petitioner's conviction in the Municipal Court of Jacksonville, Florida, for violating a municipal ordinance prohibiting one's presence in a place where narcotics are being used with knowledge thereof.
