This case involves an order of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Plaintiff-Appellant Hewlett operated a place of business in the City of West University Place, in Harris County, Texas, called the "Bunny Show Club," and was the holder of a Mixed Beverage Permit, as authorized by Art. 666-15(22) of the Vernon's Ann.
