This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial Court denying a mandamus. Appellant brought suit to compel the proper County officials to pay his salary as Constable of Precinct One of El Paso County. He filed as a candidate for office in the 1972 Democratic Primary and was selected as the Party's nominee in a run-off election. He was elected to office in the General Election on November 7, 1972.
