Plaintiff, Loretta B. Pardue, was employed as a teacher at Springfield High School in Livingston Parish, and in that capacity served as a guidance counselor from the fall of 1966 to the end of the 1969-70 school year. After the Livingston Parish School System was integrated by a Federal Court order, the plaintiff was removed from her position as guidance counselor and assigned as an English teacher for the 1970-71 school year.
