The appellee, on July 18, 1969, issued an insurance policy to the appellant providing for the payment of hospital costs up to $100.00 per week incurred as a result of injury or sickness.

On May 12, 1971, the appellant suffered accidental bodily injuries as a result of an automobile incident and was hospitalized. The policy was in full force and effect on that date, and continued to be during this first period of appellant...
