Philip Michaud perished in a black Camaro that figured in a collision with a lighter colored Bel Air driven by defendant. Decedent's children instituted this wrongful death action (§ 537.080 et seq., RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S.) and now appeal because the Circuit Court of Jasper County directed a verdict for defendant at the conclusion of their evidence.
