The defendant-appellant (Blaize) filed objections to the plaintiff-appellee's (Public Service) complaint in condemnation. After a hearing, the trial court overruled the objections and appointed appraisers. Blaize is appealing the trial court's interlocutory order pursuant to IC 34-11-1-5, Ind. Ann. Stat. § 3-1705 (Burns 1968).
