Plaintiffs-appellants, Wendell and Betty Curtman, brought this action to establish a private road, pursuant to Sec. 228.340, RS Mo 1969, V.A.M.S., over the land owned by defendant-respondent, Raymond Piezuch. After a hearing the trial court found the issues in favor of the defendant-respondent, Piezuch, and found that the evidence did not sustain the petition for the establishment of a private road as prayed for.
