This is an appeal from a judgment entered against Garner Motors, Inc., an authorized Oldsmobile dealer, for the alleged conversion of a 1970 Oldsmobile Toronado automobile which the owner, W. A. Innes, had delivered to the dealer for repairs. After being advised by the dealer that, because of the owner's alleged misuse of the automobile, the cost of the repairs would not be covered by either the dealer's warranty with respect to previous work...
