306 A.2d 847 (1973)

Jay Dwight DOUGLAS v. Rosamond Elayne DOUGLAS.

Supreme Court of Rhode Island.

July 12, 1973.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Max Levin, Providence, John S. Lennon, Pawtucket, for petitioner.

Richard M. Borod, Edwards & Angell, Providence, for respondent.

OPINION

JOSLIN, Justice.

This divorce action comes to us on the wife's appeal (1) from a Family Court decision and decree granting the husband's petition for an absolute divorce on the ground of willful desertion; and (2) from another decree of that court entered in the same proceeding on the same day adjudging the wife in contempt for violating a restraining order which had earlier issued.1
