These five consolidated suits arise out of a motor vehicle collision on U.S. Highway 64 on December 25, 1971. One of the vehicles was operated by Ronnie Smith and was occupied by passengers, Sandra Smith, Mattie B. Smith and Albert Carroll Smith, the owner of the vehicle.
