MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This is an action against defendant, County Savings and Loan Company, for the alleged violation of the Consumer Credit Protection Act, Title 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. Plaintiffs claim they were denied the informed use of credit by the failure of the defendant to properly notify them of their right to rescind under Title 15 U.S.C. § 1635(a).
