BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted—see dissent in Lynn v. Henderson, 260 La. 294, 255 So.2d 774 concerning the delays on writ applications in the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson. The undue delay here between filing of writ and assigning for hearing is 6 months.
